If merchant transaction status is shown as 'processing'
- Do not try to make the same payment again while status is 'Payment processing'
- Kindly settle the transaction offline with merchant
- Payment status will be updated in your bank statement with-in 3 days
The following statuses may appear when viewing your bank statement -
Success: The merchant will get the money
Failed: The money will be transferred to your account
Payment processing: It may take up to 3 days for your bank to complete the transaction. After the processing period, the transaction status will change to 'Success' or 'Failed'.
Note : Report the transaction if the money hasn't been received after 3 business days to your bank.
