If transaction shows success in your app and amount has been debited from your bank account, show the success message screen to the merchant. Usually merchants accept the success message on customer app and fulfil the order. But in case merchant refuses to accept it then don't make second payment via same mode, settle the transaction via some other mode - cash, credit/debit card and contact your bank to know the whereabouts of the first payment.
