Please use the following steps to troubleshoot the issue and try again:
1. Make sure that you have a stable Internet connection
2. Ensure mobile is able to capture entire QR
3. Make sure that you’re using the right UPI PIN with the right bank account
4. Make sure there is enough money in your account to cover the transaction
5. See if you’ve reached your transaction limit for the day
