In case the user is facing trouble with their Fave Money account, they can deregister and register again. Their Fave Money will not be affected because of this. Once they set up Fave Money again, their original Fave Money balance will start reflecting.
Goto-> My Account (Top Right Corner) -> Manage UPI Accounts > Manage UPI ID> Deregister UPI
